Morgan + John
I feel it deep in my soul that every couple I'm meant to work with will find their way to me; even if that means they don't live in West Virginia. That was the case for Morgan and John. And fun fact, Morgan and I actually go way, way back. It's been years since we've spoke, but when she hired me to capture her day, I was absolutely ecstatic.
If you know Morgan and John, then you know how easy their love is. If you don't know them, then you'll see that holds true just by spending a day with them like I did. It's the kind of love that brings comfort, peace, and all things kind. It's simple yet extraordinary.
There were so many things I loved about this wedding, but mostly, I loved how everything down to the last detail was thoughtful and purposeful. Morgan had one of the most stunning floral arrangements that I have ever seen. The wildflower theme flowed throughout the day with guests throwing petals at their ceremony exit, the reception decorated in vibrant colors, and a parting gift for guests that included their own flowers to grow. The newlyweds even thought to include their dogs, Church & Mia, by getting coasters made with their faces on them. Morgan also included her childhood dog, Bella, who passed away by attaching a picture of Bella on her bouquet. I could go on, but these were some of my favorites.
More memorable moments included the MOH speech that literally brought me to tears, Morgan's dance with her daddy that brought him to tears, and all the sick dance moves that came after, yep you guessed it, had everyone laughing with tears.
Congratulations Morgan and John! Thank you for allowing me to be part of such a perfect day. I hope all your days are as magical as this one.
xoxo,
Taylor
